This is the press sheet from our recent brochure design—from a suite of materials—we created for this spine meeting in Beaver Creek, Colorado. This piece featured details about the medical program, activities attendees may choose to enjoy, advertisements from supporters and more. Other components of this project included an attendee direct mail brochure, exhibitor’s digital brochure, save the date direct mail postcard, website banners and ads, marketing enewsletters and meeting signage.

It is always exciting to see and hold press sheets like this one. One of the reasons we believe in supporting our local print vendors is that it affords us the opportunity to go to the press check—to view the project as it is printing. Seeing the final brochure design (or annual report, etc.) on press allows us to make any final adjustments to color, review the ink on the actual paper selection, and more, before the final product is complete. This is a vital step to ensuring quality.
