Just launched medical spine meeting design—meeting guide, online program book, CME evaluation, more
We just completed the medical spine meeting design of the suite of materials for SMISS: Society for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery. This broad-ranging project included the initial design of the look for this year’s SMISS Annual Forum. From there, we rolled out several pieces to advertise and support this meeting, including a preliminary program, exhibitor prospectus and on-site materials (such as signage, 32-page printed meeting guide and even name tags).
This year, we developed an online program book for the meeting, which provides navigable, searchable program content (program schedule, faculty pages, CME information, supporters pages) as well as E-Posters to browse and download.
This website also includes an online CME evaluation. Once the evaluations are completed and submitted, the system delivers Continuing Medical Education certificates to users via a browser-based link and also via email. (This used to be done all by hand through the mail, so this is a win-win. The client enjoys attendees being able to receive their certificates through email. The attendees also enjoy that, as well as the immediacy of the process.) The evaluation provides robust reporting to be able to easily track and review the submitted reports.
