We designed this Standards of Business Conduct book for McDonald’s Corporation that was distributed to their global owner/operators. These Standards of Business Conduct are a guide to the ethical and legal responsibilities shared by members of the McDonald’s work family. The book communicated guidance and provided resources to help McDonald’s owner/operators make the right decisions.
