Book design and publishing is involved and complicated—and that’s why we love it! We designed this medical book, Scoliosis: A Guide for Children and Their Families, to help families understand this complex condition that impacts many children every year. The book design style is inviting and colorful with larger text and ample white space. It is meant to be comforting and helpful to families, including children from toddlers through teens, in their quest to understand scoliosis. Color-coded sidebars and unique, inviting chapter start pages help readers easily find the content they seek. The 100+ pages in this book help explain different types of scoliosis, diagnosis and treatment options.
